Particularly good and excellent location with magnificent views and adjacent to the historical center, and Bellavista. New-fashioned and fine rooms with private bathrooms.

The venue was clean and the staff were really kind and nice. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was comfortable. The food was fresh, with variety of options. Had a perfect stay here.

We were in a quiet location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Guayasamin House Museum. Variety of food for breakfast, it was great!

We had a fine time. It was perfect and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with outstandingly accommodating staff and convenient location ready to climb a hill.

Everything was simply perfect. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a really quiet area, just next door to Capilla de hombre are a close walk uphill, the historical center of Cuenca and shops and transportation. We were in a quiet location within a close distance from Guayasamin House Museum.

I had a great stay at Hotel Bellavista! The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the staff, particularly Walter, was very helpful and attentive to my needs. They even made sure I had late-night hot water for tea delivered to my room. The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood and is close to a beautiful park. The value for the price was remarkable, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and welcoming, accommodating my late arrival and providing excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water and good soundproofing. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the dining room with great city views and the convenience store attached to the hotel. Furthermore, the location was really convenient as it was very close to a beautiful park, providing a relaxing escape from the busy city.

The hotel is located in a great hilly position with fantastic views of the city. Rooms are spacious with strong Wi-Fi. the hotel building is charming and has great aesthetic value.

The hill on which the hotel is situated can be difficult to climb, be prepared for that. You may have to wait outside for over 10 minutes, as you have to be buzzed in and out of the building and sometimes there is no staff around.

This hotel is situated in a lovely location near a charming park, and offers comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. The service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast is satisfying. The view from the room is picturesque, with many amenities such as a fast wifi and beautiful restaurant.

The hotel could benefit from some improvement with the curtains, as the light from the street is a bit too bright during the night.

Our easter experience was enjoyable, thanks to the wonderful panoramic view of the city and the mouth-watering complementary breakfast and Easter eggs. the location was perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Even though the hotel was located in the bustling part of town, our room was amazingly calm and serene - perfect for a peaceful stay.

We weren't happy with the room's condition. the bedsheets had disconcerting stains and the bathroom smelled really bad.
